Raintree Press stores the account, checkout, entitlement, library, and download data needed to operate the direct reader and sales site. Authentication cookies are used for signed-in sessions.
How we use it
Data is used to provide the reader, process one-time book purchases, secure accounts, deliver transactional email, and respond to support or security requests.
Sharing and retention
Service providers receive only the data required for their function. Customer data is retained while an account is active and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law.
Visitor choice
The site does not require non-essential tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing scripts are added, they should respect Global Privacy Control and require consent where applicable.
